Your Fonts, On Screen and in the PDF
Upload the TTF fonts your brand already uses and they appear in every font control in the designer under Your fonts. What you see on the canvas is exactly what renders in the PDF.
What you can do:
- Upload TTF fonts from the Fonts page
- Use custom fonts in any text element
- Preview each font in its own face before you pick it
- Fonts embed in every PDF so they render the same everywhere
PAGES
Multi-Page Certificates
Some credentials need more than a single sheet: a transcript on page two, a list of competencies covered, or terms of the certification. Add, duplicate, reorder, and delete pages, and every page renders in the PDF.
What you can do:
- Add up to 10 pages per template
- Duplicate a page to keep layouts consistent
- Drag pages into a new order
ASSIGN
Award Certificates in Bulk.
Ran a workshop, a cohort, or a conference? Award everyone at once. Pick users from a list or upload a CSV, map its columns to your merge fields, and review every row before anything sends.
How it works:
- Choose a certificate template, then pick users or upload a CSV
- Map CSV columns to recipient details
- Preview every row with its outcome before you confirm
SHARE
One Click Social Sharing
Recipients get a Share button on their certificate page and in My Certificates. One click opens LinkedIn’s add-to-profile form with every field filled in, and shared links unfurl with an image of the actual certificate.
What recipients get:
- LinkedIn add-to-profile with every field prefilled
- Share to LinkedIn, X, and Facebook with a ready-to-post message
- Copy link for anywhere else
REMIND
Reminders Before Credentials Lapse
Compliance and safety certifications expire, and a lapsed one is a problem for the recipient and for you. Turn on reminders per template and Educator emails recipients ahead of the expiry date on the schedule you choose.
How it works:
- Enable reminders on any template with an expiry
- Set the days before expiry to send
- Edit the reminder subject and message on the Email settings page
VERIFY
A Verification Page That Looks Like You
When an employer scans the QR code or checks a credential ID, they land on your verification page. Educator lets you add your logo, an accent color, an intro line, and a footer line, with a live preview in Settings.
What you can brand:
- Your logo at the top of the result
- An accent color for headings and status
- An intro line above the result and a footer line below it
