The Educator add-on allows you to share question banks within groups, enabling teachers within a group to access and use questions created by other teachers. This is useful for collaborative course development or when multiple instructors teach the same subject.

How Shared Banks Work

By default, question banks are private to the user who created them. When you share a bank with a group:

• All teachers in the group can view the questions in the bank
• Teachers can use questions from shared banks in their own quizzes
• Only the bank owner can edit or delete questions in the bank
• Students in the group cannot see the question bank directly

Sharing a Question Bank

1. Navigate to PressPrimer Quiz > Question Banks.
2. Click on the question bank you want to share.
3. In the bank details panel, find the Visibility section.

4. Change the setting to Shared – My Groups.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Using Questions from Shared Banks

When creating a quiz, questions from shared banks are available alongside your own questions:

1. Create or edit a quiz.
2. In the question selection area, you’ll see all banks you have access to, including shared ones.
3. Select questions from any available bank to add to your quiz.

Important Notes

• Sharing is read-only. Other teachers cannot modify questions in your shared banks.
• If you delete a shared question bank, quizzes using those questions will be affected.
• Question banks are shared with all teachers for all of your groups.
• In LearnDash Groups Mode, sharing works across co-leaders: leaders of the same LearnDash group can use each other’s shared banks.
