The admin dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of certificate activity on your site. To access it, sign in and visit Certificates > Dashboard.
Statistics Cards
The cards across the top of the dashboard summarize your certificate program:
- Total Certificates: Every certificate issued on your site, across all templates.
- Awarded (7 days): Certificates issued in the last week.
- Verifications (7 days): Successful verification checks in the last week.
- Published Templates: Templates that are live and able to issue certificates.
Certificates Awarded Chart
The chart plots certificates awarded per day so you can spot trends, like a spike after a course launch. Use the range selector to switch between the last 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
Quick Actions
The Quick Actions panel provides one-click access to common tasks:
- Create a Template: Opens the template gallery to start a new certificate design.
- View and Issue Certificates: Opens the certificates list, where you can also issue manually.
- Open Settings: Jumps to the plugin settings.
- Watch Onboarding Tour: Relaunches the guided setup tour at any time.
Recent Certificates and Top Templates
The Recent Certificates list shows the latest certificates issued, with the recipient, the certificate’s name, and the issue date for each. Click View all to open the full certificates list.
The Top Templates panel ranks your templates by how many certificates each has awarded, which is a quick way to see which credentials get the most use.
