The Reports page gives you a filterable view of submission data across all assignments. Navigate to Assignments > Reports to access it.

Viewing Reports

The reports page shows submission data with columns for student name, assignment, score, status, and submission date. You can filter by assignment, status, and date range to narrow down the data you’re looking at.

The Dashboard also provides a summary view with key statistics (total assignments, total submissions, submissions pending grading, and pass rate) along with an activity chart showing submissions over time.

Important Notes

• Statistics are cached for performance. If you’ve just graded a batch of submissions, wait a few minutes for the data to refresh, or clear your object cache.
• The pass rate is calculated only from submissions that have been graded. Draft and pending submissions are not included.
• If no data is appearing, confirm that assignments are in “Published” status and that there are graded submissions.
